When something is so unbelievable, so unimaginable, I as an artist, respond with a piece of art. The "When Pigs Fly" came to me after a major announcement in the local media. This piece is an emotional response to something that I thought would never happen, but it did. The ceramic flying pig platter is hand painted and hand built. The large serving platter can be used as a wall decoration or to serve food.

The flat round platter is made with off-white stoneware clay. The pig decor is food, dishwasher and microwave oven safe. The approximate dimensions of the ceramic platter are:
